If you can attend the annual meeting in March, please do. Showing up and voting is one of the simplest ways to protect your investment and help steer the direction of the Association.

If you might not be able to attend, make sure to return your proxy. Name a trusted neighbor or the candidate you support to represent you so your vote reflects your priorities.

Participation doesn’t require deep involvement. Returning a proxy helps ensure the Association reaches quorum, avoids the cost and hassle of re-running an election, and is one small, concrete thing you can do to help keep assessments low while protecting the long-term value of the community.
