I live in the building and am happy to chat in the lobby, have you over for a coffee or a drink, or meet in one of our amenity spaces — whatever’s convenient. Conversations don’t need to be formal, and you don’t need to have anything in particular on your mind before starting one.

If in‑person isn’t your thing, feel free to reach out by email or text (just let me know you're a Nexus owner). Questions, concerns, or quick feedback are all welcome.

The Association works better when owners have direct access to their Board members.
