Whether you're at Nexus every day or managing your investment from a distance, you deserve a Board member who's paying close attention. I'm running to be that person: prepared, engaged, and accountable. Someone owners can trust to keep assessments predictable, make decisions deliberately, and follow through.
I enjoy the unglamorous work that makes an association run well: reading the docs, showing up prepared, asking questions when something doesn’t add up, and pushing issues to an actual decision instead of letting them drift. I do this because I care about the health of the Association and the experience of the people who own and live here.
If elected, I want owners to feel confident that someone on the Board is sweating the details so they don't have to. That decisions are deliberate. That finances get real scrutiny. That nothing is quietly falling through the cracks.
I put this site together to make it easy to understand how I think about Board service. To spare you from a giant wall of my writing, I've broken this up into a few moderately lengthy pages to aid in skimming now, diving deeper later, or tapping out whenever your eyes glaze over. If you'd prefer to get to know how I think another way, please make use of my contact info.
