I’m running to be a Board member who is prepared, engaged, and accountable — someone owners can trust to keep assessments predictable, make decisions deliberately, and follow through.
I enjoy the unglamorous work that makes an association run well: reading the docs, showing up prepared, asking questions when something doesn’t add up, and pushing issues to an actual decision instead of letting them drift. I do this because I care about the health of the Association and the experience of the people who own and live here.
If elected, owners should notice fewer surprises, clearer decisions, and a steadier hand on the details that help keep assessments predictable and Nexus's reputation strong.
I put this site together to make it easy to understand how I think about Board service. To spare you from a giant wall of my writing, I've broken this up into a few moderately lengthy pages to aid in skimming now, diving deeper later, or tapping out whenever your eyes glaze over. If you'd prefer to get to know how I think another way, please make use of my contact info.
